molasses

Someone asked a question about how to make brown sugar.

it is one tablespoon molasses to one cup sugar.


it has become a staple at our house. 

we mix it all in the kitchen aid till there are no lumps.

you can control the lightness/darkness of the brown sugar by altering the amount of molasses.

easy peasy.
